He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics majoring in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1998.Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions, including Manager Budget & Consolidation at PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (2016–2017), Manager Controller at PT Pertamina EP Cepu (2017–2018), and leading the CSR & SMEPP Control function at PT Pertamina (Persero) (2018–2020). He also played a key role in managing strategic initiatives as Manager PMO – Project SSC at PT Pertamina (Persero) (2020–2021), before being entrusted as Manager Invoice & Payment Downstream at PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2021 to 2025.

Mustika Pertiwi, S.T., M.M., was appointed as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina Petrochemical Trading on May 20, 2024.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Geological Engineering at UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, graduating in 1994. She then pursued a Master's degree in Management at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, graduating in 2010.
She has held several positions, including at the Secretariat General of the National Energy Council, Inspector III at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (KESDM), and is currently serving as the Director of Downstream Oil and Gas Business Development at the Directorate General of Oil and Gas.

Ir. Sugeng Priyono was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Petrochemical Trading on May 20, 2024.
He completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Brawijaya, graduating in 1990.
He has held several positions at Pertamina and has also served as President Director and Sales Director of PT Pertamina Petrochemical Trading (formerly Indo Thai Trading).

At the corporate level, he strengthened business capabilities through his roles as VP Sales Support (2023–2024) and Executive General Manager for Central Java Region (2024–2025).
Beyond structural assignments, he has also led various strategic programs and initiatives, such as Spiritual Marketing BTP, Losses Management at Fuel Stations, Subsidi Tepat SPBU, and actively contributed to the restoration of energy distribution during several national disaster recovery efforts.

With his solid operational and strategic background combined with international academic exposure, on 26 November 2025 he was entrusted with the role of Director of Marketing & Trading at PT Pertamina Petrochemical Trading.
